What is VoIP?

VoIP is an acronym for Voice Over Internet Protocol, or in more common terms phone service over the Internet. If you have a good internet connection you can have VoIP!

Can I keep my phone number?

If you are currently an RTC customer you can keep your number! If you're coming from another provider we will need to take a closer look.

Do I need a new phone?

Nope! You can use the phone you currently have. 

Additional equipment needed?

You will also need to have wireless internet inside your home. Some customers may need a small device called an ATA.

VoIP is a non-regulated service which means we can offer it to you for less than a traditional phone service!
