We know you're busy and we want to make it as easy as possible to contact us! RTC has recently added the ability to chat via text currently you can text Customer Support and Customer Service. Not all questions can be answered via text but it's a great way to get the conversation started!

Customer Service

Have billing questions? Want to know more about a service? During Business Hours please feel free to call us directly! If you prefer to send a text - that's an option as well!

During Business Hours your call with be answered by a member of our Customer Service Team. If we are receiving a high volume of calls your call may go to voicemail. When leaving a message please leave your name, service address, the trouble you are having and a number we can reach you at shortly. To chat, just text your question or issues to 1-574-223-2191!
 
 
Currently, chat via text can only be answered during business hours. If you send a text After Hours or on weekends it will not receive a response until the next business day. If you're having issues after business hours please see below.

After hours and weekends, calls will go to voicemail. Calls marked as urgent will be handled by the On-Call Support Team Member. When leaving a message after hours and on weekends please leave your name, service address, the trouble you are having and a number we can reach you at shortly. Please be prepared to answer a call back to you at the number you have provided as our Support Team may have questions or information for you.
